IND vs BAN – A Test of bench strength
India has already checked off most of the boxes. The top order of Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, and Rohit Sharma – have been among the runs. The team management has a happy headache thanks to Ishan Kishan’s gritty knocks in the middle.
Both KL Rahul and Jasprit Bumrah have demonstrated good form in addition to being physically fit. Only Shreyas Iyer’s recovery from back spasms he experienced just before the Super Fours match against Pakistan remains to be seen, along with when and how he does so.
