Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola says he expects his players to respond positively ahead of their Premier League against Wolves on Saturday at the Molineux Stadium.
The Citizens will be keen to make it seven wins out of seven when they face Wolverhampton Wanderers.
City have injury issues for John Stones who will miss the game due to injury. He joins Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva who are sidelined with long-term injuries.

In an interview with mancity.com Guardiola revealed that he and the team are past that defeat and are now looking forward to the game with Wolves.
“The game was really good,” Guardiola said.
“In the Carabao Cup you make a statement by winning it four times in a row like no other team has done before, but we went out.
“In the first half they had really good rhythm but we could not do it in the second half. That is football. You win games, you lose games. We were disappointment the day after, but now we focus on the next one.
“Normally all the games we play are easy, if we don’t win the Premier League by December it’s a disaster.
” I have incredible respect for Wolves and when you see the quality they have especially with (Pedro) Neto with (Matheus) Cunha, with Hwang Hee-Chan , Lamina is a top player.
“The manager O’Neil had a good season at Bournemouth and I have a feeling they will do it again too.
“Against Brighton, the chances they missed and against Liverpool. The chances they have to score, the quality is there. Hopefully we can respond before the international break.”
City won the Continental treble of the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup last season.
